Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a high-growth Renewable Energy business in their search for a Finance Manager. This position oversees month-end, IFRS 16 lease accounting, group consolidation and board reporting. It partners closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to drive operational and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process from end to end
• Liaise with external auditors during audit processes, providing required schedules and explanations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Prepare GST reporting for multiple legal entities on a quarterly basis
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis and commentary
• Support group consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and subsidiary reporting
• Assist with the preparation of cash flow forecasting across the group
• Contribute to the preparation of board reports and investor reporting packs
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (AASB, IFRS) and internal policies
• Lead the accounting and reporting for leases under IFRS 16, including lease calculations and disclosures

Key Requirements

• CA/CPA qualified
• 5+ years of experience in finance
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in IFRS 9 + 16 and consolidations
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and a proactive attitude
• Resilient and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
