Working within a highly skilled transformation team, this Senior Frontend Contractor will report into the technology leadership and collaborates closely with product and design, contributing to a cloud-native, user-centric platform.
Details
- Melbourne CBD office, 4–5 days per week
- 6-month fixed term contract

Duties/Key responsibilities - Develop and maintain front-end applications using React 18+, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Build reusable UI components and responsive layouts
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product owners
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects and performance issues
Skills and experience - Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer
- Proficient with React (18+), TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3
- Strong understanding of component-driven development and consuming APIs
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Bootstrap, Sass/Less, and responsive design best practices
- Bonus: Azure experience, GitHub Actions, accessibility knowledge, and working with APIs across teams
