Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading, global property business in their search for an FP&A Manager to join a top calibre FP&A function. This business offers a hybrid working model and excellent employee benefits. A property/real estate background would be super advantageous. 

The role:

• Lead consolidated budgeting and forecasting processes across divisions
• Deliver accurate, executive-ready financial analysis and insights
• Support board, finance committee, and senior management reporting
• Contribute to financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and special projects
• Drive process improvement across FP&A and reporting activities
• Review the consolidated results including the review of financial information from the relevant finance teams, investigating variances and providing commentary on movements and key insights
• Assist the General Manager on any data for KPI measurement
• Inspire confidence and urgency within the group and across the Business Unit for the delivery of timely, high-quality service to internal and external customers
• Continuously drive agility and flexibility in responding to market and industry changes

Skills/Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience in FP&A or finance business partnering
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capability
• Experience preparing board and senior management reports
• CA or CPA qualification
• Advanced Excel and reporting system experience
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
