We are working exclusively with a leading services organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand, currently undergoing digital and process transformation. With a strong presence and growth agenda for 2026, the business is focused on automation, AI, and scalable process improvement.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this hands-on Business Analyst role will support a new project connecting Sales, Tendering and Execution teams. You'll join a collaborative, cross-functional team and work closely with internal and offshore resources to map processes and deliver improvements.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Lead and facilitate workshops across Sales, Tendering and Execution teams to document current and future-state processes
- Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and manage resistance
- Conduct root cause analysis using process evidence and data to identify and quantify issues
- Translate findings into documented business and functional requirements, use cases and solution options
- Support change implementation including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation review
Skills and experience - 4–6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in transformation or process-focused projects
- Strong experience in workshop facilitation and process mapping
- Must have experience working with stakeholders, specifically across sales and commercial
- Proven ability to analyse data and processes to drive practical business solutions
- Exposure to systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce highly regarded
- Comfortable working with technical teams; skills with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau a plus
- Ability to work independently, juggle priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
