About the role
This hands-on Inventory Coordinator role supports inventory accuracy, process adherence and system optimisation. The position works closely with logistics and IT stakeholders, and includes significant on-the-floor engagement during onboarding and day-to-day operations.
Duties / Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and lead inventory investigations
- Configure and optimise inventory functionality within the ERP
- Recommend and implement process improvements across warehouse operations
- Partner with IT to deliver system enhancements that lift accuracy
- Ensure adherence to inventory processes across the logistics team
Skills and experience - Experience in WMS and inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Background in warehouse operations
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory issues independently
- Strong communicator able to influence process compliance
