About the role
This global-facing role reports to the Change Lead and will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs, with a core focus on implementing PPM tool & Digital Adoption Platform on a global level. You’ll collaborate across regions, cultures, and stakeholder groups.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Create and maintain high-quality end-user learning materials, including eLearning modules, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), training presentations and short instructional videos.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
- Organise and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training sessions to ensure readiness.
- Deliver engaging and effective end-user training sessions for diverse user groups, supported by Change Partners and Subject Matter Experts.
- Track, analyse and report on training participation, effectiveness and outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of training effectiveness tracking and reinforcement activities.
- Partner with Training Managers and Change Partners to support the implementation of digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe).
Skills and experience - Experience designing and delivering technical training for large-scale, global system implementations
- Prior exposure to tools like Planview is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and frameworks
- Confident working across time zones with diverse teams
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for broad audiences
- Skilled in both virtual and in-person facilitation
- Comfortable with e-learning platforms and producing demo content
- Growth mindset and ability to coach others in training best practice
