Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering with a mid-sized, growing property business in their search for a Commercial Financial Controller, reporting into the Head of Finance. The opportunity and business can offer a genuine progression path and is well renumerated.

A property sector background will be preferred.

The role:

• Lead the relevant finance team - 4 direct reports and a team of 10
• Partnering with non-finance stakeholders throughout the business
• Supporting on capital transactions: due diligence and settlement adjustments
• Partner with Tech to enhance data integrity and ERP systems
• Manage audits, budgeting & forecasting and reconciliations
• Provide analytical support to the leasing team, asset management and property management
• Lead on the lease performance, operational and asset valuation analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial results and management reporting

Requirements:

• CA/CPA/ACA qualification, with 6+ years in commercial finance or financial controls
• Experience in budgeting & forecasting
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling skills essential
• General system skills essential - PowerBI would be useful
• Team management experience
