A large-scale healthcare provider headquartered in Sydney, rapidly expanding through acquisitions. With a focus on digital uplift and patient-centred care, the organisation is investing heavily in systems and processes to enable future growth and seamless clinical operations. 

This 9-month fixed-term contract supports the post-implementation (hypercare) phase of their Patient Management System rollout. Reporting to program leadership, you’ll collaborate across project teams and clinics to resolve issues, support adoption, and ensure a smooth transition during a period of high system change.

• Mostly remote role, Sydney-based (office attendance as required)

Duties/Key responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support during the hypercare phase
• Act as the liaison between clinics, project teams, and IT
• Manage system and user issue resolution during go-lives
• Capture, document, and escalate feedback for system improvements
• Support change management and user adoption across clinics

Skills and experience: 

• Experience supporting working in the healthcare sector across systems delivery or support, either in an analyst or support capacity 
• Background in admin or customer-facing healthcare roles
• Practical involvement in system go-lives, transitions or hypercare
• Skilled in troubleshooting and triaging user/system issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
