About the role
This newly created marketing role sits within a small, passionate team and reports directly to the Head of Growth. As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across digital channels, trade shows, product launches, and customer communications.
You’ll bring a passion for beauty, an obsession with emerging trends (yes, you do know what’s happening on TikTok), and a flair for storytelling. Whether you're from an agency background or have worked in the beauty/wellness industry, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and agility are key.
You’ll also support the upcoming website revamp, help manage marketing budgets, and liaise with external creatives to bring campaigns to life.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and roll out digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media
- Write engaging copy for EDMs, newsletters, website content, and client communications
- Support the marketing strategy for trade shows, events, and product launches
- Collaborate with external creative and design agencies to deliver marketing assets
- Research and report on market and social trends – especially in beauty, packaging, and social media (TikTok, Instagram)
Skills and experience
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, or a creative agency
- A true love for beauty brands, skincare trends, and digital culture
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Experience with EDM platforms, social media tools, and working with external creatives
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of building something from the ground up
