We’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed business seeking an experienced Interim CFO to lead the finance function through a period of transformation, growth, and potential transaction activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and stability during a critical growth or transition phase.
• Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and investors to drive financial performance, capital allocation, and value creation initiatives.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and forecasting to ensure robust decision-making and compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, systems, and processes to support scalability and future growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to enhance capability and commercial impact.
• Support M&A, refinancing, or exit readiness initiatives as required by the investment cycle.

About You

• Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Executive within a private equity-backed, high-growth, or transformation environment.
• Strong technical foundation (CA/CPA qualified) with deep experience in commercial finance, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on, pragmatic leader comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Immediately available (or at short notice) with the ability to hit the ground running.
