Fast-growing, purpose-led and Private-Equity backed FMCG organisation is looking to engage a Sydney based Sales Manager to drive business across new channels and global sales growth.
About the role:
This newly created Sales Manager role reports to the executive sales team and will lead sales growth across various regions through the leveraging of existing Group relationships as well as the development of new relationships. This role will include strategic new business development, management of existing accounts and development of sales strategy.

Key responsibilities - Drive new business development initiatives by identifying and targeting prospective clients, building strategic relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue growth.
- Own and expand sales efforts by managing key customer relationships and distributor networks, ensuring consistent revenue growth across multiple geographies.
- Expand and strengthen relationships with key distributors to increase market reach, improve product visibility, and drive sustainable sales growth across target regions.
- Build and lead the implementation of a robust sales strategy that aligns with broader business goals and positions the company for long-term success.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities, adapt quickly to competitive shifts, and position the business in emerging or underserved segments.
Skills and experience - Strong track record in sales and new business development
- Experience managing distributor and key customer relationships
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Passion for sustainability and innovation
