An exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Management Accountant role within a leading ASX Listed property group. Working across finance and operations, you’ll deliver insights that guide decision-making and strengthen performance across a diverse property portfolio. You’ll take ownership of reporting, forecasting, and controls, while developing a direct report and contributing to projects such as acquisitions and ERP improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Delivering balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit processes.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a junior team member, fostering growth and upskilling within the finance function.
• Partnering with property and asset management teams to provide commercial and strategic insights that influence decision-making.
• Supporting acquisitions, due diligence, and ERP system improvements, contributing to critical business transformation initiatives.

What they’re looking for:

• Looking for a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with 5–8 years of industry experience.
• Must have direct management experience, having led a team of direct reports.
• Ideally strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Skilled communicator who can partner with financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Curious, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment
• Previous property or asset management experience highly regarded
