Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (Contract) - Remote AU
 
Our client is an Australian organisation embarking on a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement uplift to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes. The program is growth-focused with a clear vision to modernise CRM and drive adoption across the business. 
 
About the role
Contract Functional Consultant role leading the business-side delivery of Dynamics 365 CE. Purely functional (no code), reporting into project leadership and partnering with business users, technical delivery teams and PMs to translate needs into outcomes and lift adoption.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Capture and document processes, needs and objectives for CRM
• Translate requirements into functional designs leveraging Sales, Service and Marketing
• Guide configuration of entities, forms, views, workflows and process flows
• Run workshops, demos and UAT to drive adoption
• Liaise between business users, technical teams and project management

Skills and experience

• Proven Functional Consultant experience across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing modules
• Strength in requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design
• Familiar with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working remotely within Australia
• Bonus: M365 integration (SharePoint, Teams); data migration exposure
