We are partnering with a leading retail organisation experiencing strong growth, supported by a national presence and a dynamic leadership team.

As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support decision making across the business. This role offers broad exposure, commercial influence, and the opportunity to shape outcomes in a fast paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end process, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive profitability and performance.
• Manage cashflow, working capital, and support ongoing growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified ideally from retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries.
• Strong technical financial skills 
• Great communications to work with stakeholders across the business
• Hands on and adaptable, comfortable working in a growing environment.
