About the role
Reporting to the PMO, you’ll play a key role in coordinating multiple workstreams within a complex transformation program that has been set up to integrate a newly acquired business. This role will support cross-functional teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders across planning, reporting and governance.
Duties / Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions including minute-taking and action tracking
- Maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs and status reports
- Support scheduling, resource planning and dependency tracking
- Prepare reports, dashboards and materials for governance forums
- Assist with change management activities including training logistics
Skills and experience - 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Experience of working on business integration or separation projects
- Background in the financial planning, accounting or professional services industry is preferred
- Strong organisation and time management skills across multiple priorities
- Experience with project tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) desirable
