This Junior Business Analyst role will support the development and rollout of a new in-house rostering system for an initial 4 week assignment, with potential for extension. Reporting to a senior leader in operations, the role will collaborate with rostering teams, product and development teams, and end users across the business.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse current inhouse application processes to identify inefficiencies
• Gather and prioritise business requirements for a new rostering application
• Translate operational needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Perform data analysis on large data sets to identify trends and improve utilisation and compliance
• Support user testing, rollout, and training to drive adoption

Skills and experience

• Minimum 1 years proven experience in a BA or Process Analysis role 
• Confident engaging with both technical teams and SMEs across a business
• Excellent documentation, data management and Excel skills
• Must be available for immediate start
