This private equity-backed business is in hyper-growth, with ambitious plans to integrate multiple operating entities annually. Sitting in the finance team, this Systems Accountant role will play a critical part in transitioning subsidiaries from Xero, MYOB, and other systems into NetSuite, while also supporting the integration of CRM and other finance tools.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, FP&A Manager, and Senior Accountant on the first integrations, then take greater ownership of the rollout process over time while continuing to work alongside an external consultant. This is a full-time, permanent role with huge scope to learn, develop, and grow into a systems and integration expert.

The Role

• Support the integration of new subsidiaries into NetSuite (initially alongside senior team members, then taking ownership as experience builds)
• Extract, cleanse, and migrate financial data from operating entities
• Assist in connecting CRM and external systems into NetSuite
• Partner with finance teams across the Group to ensure smooth transitions
• Build repeatable processes and frameworks for scalable rollouts
• Be hands-on, in the detail, while developing systems expertise over time

Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years’ accounting or systems accounting experience (NETSUITE)
• Proven NetSuite implementation or configuration experience (essential)
• Strong Excel/data skills (migration, reconciliation, validation)
• Solid accounting fundamentals with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with finance teams
• Above all: hungry to learn, adaptable, resilient, and ready to dive into the detail
