About the role
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Business Integration Manager leads the integration of acquisitions into partner companies. Working closely with finance, people, and executive stakeholders, this role ensures seamless cultural and operational alignment, enabling portfolio businesses to scale effectively.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead integration of acquisitions into existing partner companies
• Oversee cross-functional workstreams across finance, people, and operations
• Act as a key liaison between executives, portfolio leaders, and partners
• Deliver clear communication and integration reporting across stakeholders
• Drive cultural and process alignment to support long-term growth

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2–4 years in operations, consulting, corporate strategy or private equity
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple priorities
• Travel flexibility to support portfolio companies
