Our client is a well-established, fast-growing asset manager based in the CBD. With a strong growth trajectory, the business is focused on delivering long-term value through acquisitions and strategic projects.

About the role
This role sits within a very collaborative and growing FP&A team. You’ll partner with senior leaders and asset managers, providing commercial insights and supporting strategic decisions across a fast-growing portfolio.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Support quarterly forecasts, budgets, and maintain financial models
• Prepare monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis for senior leaders
• Partner with asset teams to analyse costs and support OPEX initiatives
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and strategic insights for decision-making
• Drive process improvements and automation projects

Skills and experience

• Strong FP&A and business partnering experience is a preference and a plus if you come from a Chartered Background
• Proven analytical skills
• Exposure to asset management or financial services desirable but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly acquisitive and evolving environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
