About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, this is a hands-on, high-volume analytical role in a rapidly scaling pharmaceutical business. You’ll take ownership of large, complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and usability, and provide insights to support both operational and commercial decision-making. The position offers exposure to senior management and investors, with opportunities to grow the function and influence business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models in Excel to analyse profitability, cash flow, and forecasts.
• Assess contract and customer performance to identify margin opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and expansion projects.
• Deliver scenario analysis and budgeting support to guide strategic decisions.
• Build dashboards (Power BI or similar) to improve visibility on key performance drivers.
• Drive process improvement and reporting efficiency as the business scales.
• Partner with senior leaders and provide clear, data-driven insights.

About You

• 5–10 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or analytics roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, complex formulas, data cleaning).
• Comfortable with high-volume, manual data processing and reporting.
• Exposure to data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or other high-volume, multi-site industries is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of large, complex datasets.
