Allura Partners are working with a fast-growing logistics provider based in Macquarie Park who are scaling rapidly with a strong future vision to enhance delivery governance through their technology.

This newly created Business Analyst role supporting the rollout of a new feature in the company’s internal applications. You'll document and standardise critical business processes, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders based in their offices full time in Macquarie Park.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to extract and validate operational delivery processes
• Map and document bespoke client instructions into standardised workflows
• Maintain instruction quality, version control, and compliance with logistics standards
• Upload and manage content in the company’s instruction engine system
• Track stakeholder input, documentation progress, and report on outcomes

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as a business analyst in operational or process-heavy environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and follow-up discipline
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Able to manage and maintain documentation systems and ensure compliance standards
• Comfortable working at pace and turning ambiguity into clarity
