About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a strategic yet hands-on Head of Marketing & Partnerships to lead growth and elevate brand presence. You’ll manage a small team, own the full marketing mix, and forge partnerships that drive distribution and revenue. This is a player-coach role, ideal for a commercially minded leader who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead integrated marketing and partnership strategies
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Drive data-led acquisition across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Identify and secure revenue-generating brand and distribution partnerships
- Oversee marketing analytics and technical data flows - work closely with data and engineering teams to understand and optimise customer journeys, conversion funnels, attribution models, and CRM/CDP integrations.
- Build affiliate and broker relationships that deliver measurable value
- Oversee the martech stack, ensure tools like CDPs, CRMs, attribution platforms, and analytics tools are implemented effectively and aligned to business goals.
Skills and Experience: - 10+ years in growth marketing, ideally in consumer finance or related sectors
- Proven track record leading full-funnel strategies that drive acquisition and retention at scale
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to secure and scale partnerships
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, attribution, and data analytics
- Demonstrated leadership of hands-on teams
