About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Systems Analyst will work across both business and technical teams to support a major Dynamics 365 upgrade. This role is key to translating business needs into system functionality and ensuring successful delivery.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Support data migration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
• Drive improvements across Dynamics 365 and related platforms
• Support UAT planning and execution

Skills and experience

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Systems or Application Analyst
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting
• Experience with data migration and system upgrades
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
