Azure Cloud Engineer - 12 month contract - Daily Rate - Sydney/Hybrid 

Working closely with architecture, security, and delivery teams, you will design, implement, and optimise Azure platforms and services across the enterprise
 
Duties/Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure landing zones and enterprise-scale cloud solutions
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Implement and manage Azure services (Networking, Security, Identity, Compute, Storage)
• Monitor, support, and optimise Azure environments in BAU operations
• Collaborate with security and delivery teams to align with governance and compliance

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Azure landing zones, subscriptions, and governance models
• Expertise with Terraform and Azure DevOps (pipelines, CI/CD)
• Solid experience with Azure services: ARM templates, RBAC, Azure Networking, Security, Storage, and Compute
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across project and operational teams
