About the role
This Assistant Accountant role sits within a collaborative finance team. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you’ll get end-to-end exposure and hands-on experience across accounting operations, reporting, and compliance. Ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who is keen to learn and thrive in a growth business!

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Assist with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support financial reporting, audit, and compliance activities
• Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis
• Gain exposure to systems upgrades, ERP processes, and global operations

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA/CPA qualified or studying (full support and payment for your qualification provided)
• 2–3 years’ experience, ideally from public practice or commercial accounting
• Comfortable with accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a high-growth environment
