About the role:

This 12-month contract role (extension possibilities), based in Sydney, is for a Dynamics Systems Analyst supporting business systems across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role drives systems optimisation, UAT, enhancements and vendor coordination.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Serve as a super user across business systems and operations
• Act as primary liaison between business, vendors, and tech teams
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications
• Lead UAT, support testing, and manage system enhancements
• Support data migration, mapping, validation, and troubleshooting

Skills and experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in systems analysis or a similar support role
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, PowerApps
• Proficient in SQL and database management, including legacy Dynamics versions
• Skilled in data migration, system patching, and performance monitoring
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• MS Dynamics certification desirable
