About the role
Reporting to the executive team, this hands-on Engineering Manager role leads a high-performing fullstack (PHP, Vue, Cloud) team. The position is responsible for accelerating the product roadmap while ensuring quality and reliability. You’ll collaborate across functions and drive technical direction.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable PHP applications.
- Mentor and manage a development team, improving velocity and quality.
- Architect complex features with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product vision into technical solutions.
Skills and experience - Extensive PHP development experience.
- Proven leadership in software teams and agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with Git, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and RESTful APIs.
- Frontend tech skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
