Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively supporting a high-growth, PE backed company in their search for a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a newly created role, will report directly to the CFO and will play a key part in investment evaluation, budget development, financial modelling and M&A activity.

The Role:

• Maintain the group financial model, evaluate investments, run scenarios and sensitivities.
• Develop budgets and financial plans; analyse variances, contribute to long-term planning.
• Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances.
• Undertake financial and commercial assessments to support key investment decisions and ensure target returns.
• Prepare board reports: analyse profitability, margins & costs and offer performance insights.
• Conduct financial due diligence, assist in post-acquisition integration and financing structures.
• Analyse business functions, identify inefficiencies and strategic opportunities.
• Conduct deep dives into business functions to uncover inefficiencies, trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• CA qualified
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Big Four corporate finance, private equity or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience in complex financial modelling and valuation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong communicator, particularly interacting with other senior stakeholders.
