A high growth FMCG business are currently looking for a Head of Finance to oversee and lead finance as the business continues to grow.

In what is a highly commercial role, this role will play a key part in driving mid-long term strategic growth as well as leading day to day commercial decision making.

Working across the business with a high performing leadership team the key duties of the role will include: 

• Overseeing the entire finance function for the business 
• Drive the business budgeting and forecasting process
• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting 
• Work cross functionally with the wider business to drive commercial decision making monitoring financial performance versus projections
• Work with sales teams to drive stronger commercial agreements with customers
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function
• Helping drive M&A activity for the business and post acquisition integration
• Lead ad hoc projects as required

The ideal candidate for the role will be: 

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Experienced leading a finance function for a mid sized business ideally in FMCG or a product based business
• Strategic and commercial in driving business decisions
• A strong communicator to work with a range of stakeholders internally and externally
