An established and fast-scaling private-equity business is seeking a highly commercial and strategic Head of Growth to lead national sales, client development, and customer experience initiatives.
About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal executive role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term B2B client partnerships. Leading a national sales team, you will play a critical role on the executive leadership team, working cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and product innovation to align commercial outcomes with operational capability.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales and growth strategy aligned with business goals and production capacity
- Lead and coach the sales and customer teams, setting KPIs and driving performance
- Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to align customer needs with product innovation
- Strengthen the customer experience, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention
- Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with key accounts and brand partners
Skills and experience - Proven leadership experience in sales, business development or growth – ideally within skincare, beauty or FMCG
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and customer delivery requirement
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term, value-based client relationship
- A strategic mindset, with hands-on execution capability and a collaborative leadership style
- Flexibility to travel interstate as needed to manage client and team relationships
