What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise infrastructure
• Play a key role in a major transition project including cloud migration and platform modernisation
• Engage with senior stakeholders to improve systems uptime, scalability, and security
• Deliver hands-on support and mentoring across the infrastructure and operations team
• Drive automation, standardisation, and modernisation across a Microsoft-centric environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Hyper-V and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies
• Experience with Azure (IaaS, PaaS), ideally within hybrid or transitional environments
• Solid background in large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally in M&A settings
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving infrastructure improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
