About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs, develop clear documentation, and help shape impactful solutions. You'll support project delivery, process redesign, testing, and adoption – making a measurable difference in how we operate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in developing project documentation aligned to company methodologies
• Analyse workflows and develop process maps to identify areas of improvement
• Gather and evaluate business requirements from end users
• Solve business problems using data-driven insights (qualitative and quantitative)
• Develop clear and concise business requirements for system enhancements
• Coordinate and support system testing to ensure functionality and user experience
• Support operational and organisational design, including implementation
• Promote innovation and best practice adoption across teams
• Support training initiatives in Process Excellence (PE) Principles

What You’ll Bring Essential:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or a combination of education and experience
• 6-8 years experience as a business analyst writing BRD's 
• Proven experience working across the SDLC in a Waterfall methodology. 
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in business process re-engineering and transformation
• Commercial or data analysis experience
• Commercial property/ Motor insurance experience
• Familiarity with SLAs and process mapping
