About the role
This role sits within the Cyber Security program and reports into the Program Manager. You’ll join a fast paced team working on a PAM uplift, with a key focus on the implementation of CyberArk. The role is available for an immediate start.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead and document business and technical requirements for the PAM uplift
• Collaborate with cyber security and infrastructure teams to support CyberArk implementation
• Conduct gap analysis and define future-state process flows
• Support testing and transition activities
• Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within in cyber or security projects is essential
• Experience with PAM tools, particularly CyberArk is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of access management, identity governance, and related frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
