Our client are a market leading, Private Equity backed organisation and they are currently looking for a Finance Manager to drive financial control and compliance across the organisation.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior management and the role provides an excellent platform for the successful candidate to elevate their career. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of accountants to drive month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee and perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations. Analyse variances and ensure timely resolution of any reconciling items.
• Lead process improvements to drive efficiencies across the function

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• CA/CPA Qualified 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Solutions-focused with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
