A high-growth multisite group with over $50 million turnover are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller, initially on an interim basis but with a view to be made permanent. The business is headquartered in Sydney CBD and are currently undergoing a transformation project focused on efficiency, growth, and operational excellence. 

About the role
Reporting directly to the Executive team, this role will take full ownership of the finance function. You’ll oversee onshoring of the finance function, implement controls, streamline reporting and improve SOPs to support the group’s expansion.

• Hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
