A growing retail business are looking for an FP&A Manager to support the continued growth of the business. The company are entering an exciting stage of their journey and this role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to help build and develop a successful commercial finance function to help facilitate the growth.

The key duties will include:

• Driving the companywide budgeting and forecasting process
• Managing cash flow across the company as they continue their growth
• Manage key KPI's across the business working closely with the business to drive performance
• Analysis of financial results to help understand growth opportunities and drivers for the business
• Help compile the board reporting pack on monthly basis
• Assist with investor presentations 
• Ad hoc analysis as required

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Be CA/CPA Qualified
• Have around 5+ years experience across finance 
• Have great communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders
• Have a commercial mindset to help drive business outcomes
