We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Business Enablement team on a contract basis. If you thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are passionate about delivering solutions that improve business outcomes, this could be your next opportunity.

What You’ll Do
As part of our Business Analysis team, you’ll work across diverse projects that impact customer journeys and team experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating workshops to identify and define business needs
• Capturing and analysing functional requirements and user journeys (as-is/to-be)
• Collaborating with Process Excellence to identify improvement opportunities
• Supporting both agile and hybrid delivery environments
• Partnering with Product Owners and delivery teams to drive seamless execution
• Showcasing project progress to stakeholders and supporting product backlog management
• Evaluating solutions from customer, risk, technology, and operational perspectives

About You
We’re looking for a well-rounded and driven Business Analyst who brings:

• Proven experience in business analysis, ideally in a large multi-brand organisation
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
• A customer-first, team-focused approach
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MIRO)
• Management consulting experience 
• Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate clearly

Highly Regarded:

• Experience with process definition tools like Promapp
• IIBA certification or working toward it
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Membership in professional BA associations
