Change Manager – Dayforce Implementation
About the company
Our client is a national consultancy supporting a complex, multi-site healthcare organisation with over 1,500 employees across QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS. With strong momentum for growth, they are delivering a full Dayforce suite implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
About the role
This role is responsible for leading the change strategy for a Dayforce implementation across a dispersed workforce. Focused on driving adoption among manager-level employees, the Change Manager will work closely with project leads, site managers, and operational teams to enable successful change delivery.
Duties/Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver end-to-end change strategies and plans
- Engage and support leaders across different states and functions
- Identify and manage change risks, issues, and stakeholder impacts
- Build communication and training plans to support user adoption
- Collaborate with the broader Dayforce project team
Skills and experience - Proven experience delivering change in large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or multi-site industries (ideal but not essential)
- Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS/payroll systems and workforce management projects
- Ability to drive adoption in dispersed, frontline-heavy workforces
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
