Head of Sales – Cyber Security SaaS | Founder-Led | High-Growth Phase
Are you ready to take the reins of sales for a high-potential, founder-led SaaS company in the cybersecurity space? Our client is a fast-growing cyber security SaaS business with some strong deals already in the pipeline and entering a growth phase across several enterprise-size clients. They are now looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead their commercial efforts and help scale the business.

About the Role:
As Head of Sales, you’ll work closely with the founder and wider leadership team to shape the sales strategy & drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales function, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across enterprise accounts
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers across Australia’s leading organisations
• Shape go-to-market plans and collaborate with marketing and product to align commercial efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in enterprise sales within a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, deal-focused mindset
• Experience selling within cyber security is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A natural leader – proactive, driven, and passionate about building scalable sales operations
