Our client is a large ASX listed Group that are currently undergoing a large enterprise wide complex payroll transformation for 15K+ employees.
About the role
This role will support a business-critical payroll transformation, reporting to the Program Lead. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and the ADP implementation team to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Duties/Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across multiple payroll streams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with system functionality
- Support testing, training and change readiness activities
- Identify risks and help manage issues during implementation
- Translate technical system updates into business-friendly language
Skills and experience - Demonstrated experience in payroll transformation projects
- Strong understanding of ADP or similar payroll systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience in large, complex environments
- Award interpretation experience
