About the Role
We’re looking for two passionate Process Specialists to join our Group team and support business-wide process transformation. Working closely with Process Owners, SMEs, and Technology teams, you’ll help streamline operations and drive process excellence as we implement new platforms and solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
 
Delivering Technical Solutions

• Support the Technology team throughout the application lifecycle (Build, Test, Deploy)
• Write and maintain process documentation, test cases, and solution validation materials
• Facilitate business requirement analysis, functional testing, and deployment readiness
• Ensure smooth solution acceptance and defect resolution
• Coordinate process training, demo sessions, and stakeholder engagement

• Drive process simplification and data cleansing activities
• Identify opportunities for alignment across teams and regions
• Map process interdependencies across departments and identify areas for improvement

• Support change impact assessments and training initiatives
• Assist with go-live activities, hypercare support, and transition to BAU
• Be a visible Change Champion and advocate for new ways of working
