We are looking for a skilled Finance Business Analyst to join a leading organisation and drive improvements in finance operations. This role will focus on optimising processes and systems within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, contributing to broader finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance before transitioning into business analysis, with experience in process improvement and system enhancements.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing finance processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system enhancements and automation.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions to improved processes.
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring system changes meet business needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial reporting and controls.
• Train and support end-users in adopting new systems and processes.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst, with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Previous involvement in finance transformation projects.
• Background in finance/accounting before transitioning into business analysis (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process enhancements.
• Experience with finance systems and ERP platforms is highly desirable.
