Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
Classification: Dependent on experience
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Business and Strategy, ensuring smooth and efficient day to-day operations including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings and preparing reports and presentations.
The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, requiring exceptional \ organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential for anticipating needs and supporting strategic priorities within the health service.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Significant experience in provision of administrative support.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience with working with senior executives and boards of management.
Prerequisites:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives
Australian Driver’s License
