About the role...
The school-based traineeship is for one or two years, pending the applicant's current year level.
Successful trainees will qualify as a Painter at the conclusion of the apprenticeship with a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating.
Trainees are paid per hour for their study and work time. Study is undertaken under supervision of the school and is set by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Trainees will work the other day during the work week, shadowing qualified team members.
As a student in our Painting and Decorating School Based Trainee program, your professional placement will be completed on your rostered workday, you must complete all theory components and submit assessments to complete the program.
