Join our Finance and Administration team as the Contracts and Procurement Officer!
Based in Nhill
Full Time (38 - 40 hours per week)
$65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a detail orientated team member, you will be the heart of our contractual operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of contracts and tender documents.
Working closely with management, you are responsible for coordinating the Services contracts and associated activities and uphold adherence with policy and industry regulations.
As a stakeholder in the Service, you are encouraged to identify and discuss process efficiencies and promote financial stability and success.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Essential:
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Demonstrated experience in procurement governance and/or contract management position.
Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks.
Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively as part of a team.
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
Desirable:
Qualification (Certificate or above) in contract management, accounting or equivalent field.
Previous experience with digital platforms such as contract management and procurement.
Working knowledge of health care systems.
Well developed verbal and written communication skills with experience in business report writing.

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Fully vaccinated (including influenza)as per current Department of Health Directives.
Australian Driver’s License.
