We are seeking an Administration Clerk to join our team in Jeparit!
This is a part time (24 hours/fortnight), fixed term role to cover the below dates:
August - September 2025 and;
January - April 2026
The Administration Clerk/Receptionist is the first point of contact for all internal and external customers, will complete day-to-day administration duties and provide courteous and efficient service to all members of the public. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and multi-task as well as working independently.
High level of competency using Business Programs including Microsoft Office suite of programs – Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
Demonstrate ability to learn and use other software programs.
PREREQUISITES:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
Australian Driver’s License
