Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader – Temp to Perm (14:00–22:00)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (2pm–10pm)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy distribution centre in Wellesbourne (CV35). This is a hands-on role leading a team of operatives, ensuring smooth running of daily warehouse operations. The position is temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right person. Immediate starts are available.
  
Shift Pattern

• 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives
• Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure all processes are followed and targets achieved
• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
• Uphold health & safety standards at all times
• Report to warehouse management and support operational improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift patterns
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
