Recruitable Staffing are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Redditch! We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Line Operatives to join a dynamic team working night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for steady work with consistent hours.
Job Details:

• Role: Production Line Operative
• Hours of Work: 18:00 – 06:00
• Rates of Pay: £12.40 per hour
• Shift Pattern: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading machines with materials.
• Packing completed products with attention to detail.
• Performing repetitive tasks efficiently on a production line.
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
