Are you skilled in pattern making, sewing, or trimming materials? We’re recruiting for a hands-on Trim Engineer to join a specialist team working on high-quality trim components.

What You’ll Do:

Produce patterns for trim components
Trim and finish components to a high standard
Use sewing skills where possible (not essential)
Work with a range of materials and techniques

What We’re Looking For:

Experience producing patterns and trimming (industry open—upholstery, furniture, marine, interiors, etc.)
Sewing experience is a bonus, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Willingness to learn and get stuck in
