Location: Coventry, UK
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
Hours: 7:30am–4:00pm Mon–Thurs, 7:30am–12:30pm Fri

Key Duties:

• Maintain and update quality accreditations (IATF, etc.)
• Lead and motivate the quality team
• Oversee quality control and compliance processes
• Conduct audits and analyse KPIs
• Manage non-conformance and drive corrective action
• Collaborate with management and attend client/supplier visits

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally IATF Auditor qualified or strong IATF knowledge
• Proven experience in automotive quality management
• Excellent leadership and communication skill
